The 6th ETS European Turfgrass Society Field Days with the theme “Transitioning turfgrasses”, will be held at Padova University and Montecchia Golf Club, Padova (IT), next May 27th – 28th 2019.

This internationally relevant event releases you with different ways to show your company, as the goods and services linked to turfgrass industry. This event will bring together researchers, technical experts, consultants, turfgrass managers, top level industry delegates and government officials:

SPONSORSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Announcement:
Latest date for submitting your Sponsorship application is 31.12.2018.

Payment conditions:
Payments are made by bank transfer in EURO only (no VAT to be added).
Sponsorship payment must be received within 30 days of receipt of application acceptance.

Sponsorship acceptance:
The Organizing Committee of the 6th ETS Field Days reserves the right of accepting a Company’s sponsorship application after evaluation of the relevancy of the applying Company’s core business(es) to the Society’s topics and objectives.

Invoicing:
Field Days sponsorship will be invoiced in full by (Please note: ETS is a not-for profit association, hence we cannot issue advance invoices, but only RECEIPTS once payments are received. Not subject to VAT according to articles 1 and 4, comma 5 of D.P.R. 633/72 and successive amendments.):

Cancellation policy:
A cancellation fee of 500 € will be applied to all sponsor packages cancelled 60 days or more prior the event.
No refund will be issued 60 days or fewer prior to the event.
All cancellations must be in writing.
