ETS Newsletter N.6 - 22 June 2009

Dear ETS members and turf enthusiasts ,
During the last General Assembly of ETS, in April 2009, the ETS Board, in particular Mr. S. Alderton, presented the project for the next ETS initiative.
This will be the 2nd ETS International Conference and it will be held in Angers, France, from the 11th to the 13th of April, 2010.

ETS means to carry on the success of the 1st ETS International Conference (Pisa, 2008) and 1st ETS Field Days (Valencia, 2009)
That's why we are already working together to arrange this next event and a committee has already been set up, led by the Societé Française du Gazon.

Following the extraordinary experience of the previous conference, in Angers there will be sections for scientific presentations, posters, and visits to interesting / inspiring turfgrass fields and facilities.

WE INVITE YOU TO SUBMIT ABSTRACTS FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS AND POSTERS for the 2nd ETS International Conference,
Angers, France, from April 11th to 13th 2010.

Please take note of the following DEADLINES for the presentation of papers :

September 15th : short abstracts (max. 200 types)
November 15th : extended abstracts (max. 2 pages)
